We offer unlimited revisions. Customers can request an unlimited number of free revisions, and we will revise their design for free as long as the design and concept remain the same. Timeline for Revision The time frame is 48 hours.
We guarantee complete customer satisfaction for all of our services. Customers' concerns can, however, be addressed through a refund policy. All refund requests will be processed as follows:
• You will not be eligible for a refund if you request one after 48 hours of receiving the initial design samples.
• You will not be granted a refund if you posted a revision on any of the initial design samples provided.
All refund requests should be directed to the customer service team. Design Technology Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny your request based on an individual case-by-case basis if it violates your user agreement.
To ensure that your refund request is approved, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

iii. E-mail 2. Under our revision policy, we will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible, or we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
Following the refund, Design Technology Solutions would obtain your design rights, and you would be unable to display any version of the company's design. Also, let us be clear:
1. You agree that, because the design rights have now been transferred to the company, you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

• The free multiple revision offer based on specifications ensures your complete satisfaction.
• We rework the ordered design and revise it until you are completely satisfied; and, if necessary, we provide free complete coordination with your printing company.
• On the date specified on the package, all design order files are delivered to the customer's email address. In addition, an e-mail is sent to the client informing them that their design order has been delivered to their specific account area. The date and time the design order is delivered to the client's account area determines all revision and refund policies.
• All customized design orders are delivered via email within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
• We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you with the final files, and if you need them again, we can send them to you at your request.
• We offer 24-hour customer service to address your questions and concerns.
• You can contact us at any time, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• YOU AGREE that Design Technology Solutions is not responsible for any correspondence sent from email addresses other than those preceded by our own domain, i.e. "..@Design Technology Solutions.com," or/and any toll free number not listed on our website. Design Technology Solutions is not liable for any damage(s) incurred as a result of such correspondence. We only accept responsibility for communication via email address(es) under our own domain name or/and toll free number, as specified on the Design Technology Solutions website.
If a project is abandoned in terms of approvals or specifications for at least 30 days due to a lack of written communication between the client and the account manager, the project is considered closed.
A closed project is one that has either been delivered in full or has not been claimed for at least 60 days, after which Logo Design Legend cannot be held liable.
