Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed by Design Technology Solutions. Your entire design order amount will be refunded if there is a duplicate charge as a result of a processing error, failure to meet any of your special designing requirements, or failure to complete your design order in accordance with the delivery policy.

If you are unhappy with any of Design Technology Solutions’ services, you may request a refund within five days of the completion of your initial design. If a refund request is not received within five days of the delivery of the initial designs, both parties will assume that you are satisfied with your initial designs. Refunds will be available for any Special / Combo packages, just as they are for single packages.

Your refund will be processed in accordance with the following chart:

All refund requests will be processed as follows:

  1. You will be eligible for a full refund if you request a refund before the order is delivered.
  2. You will be eligible for a 66 percent refund if you request a refund within 48 hours.
  3. You will be eligible for a 33 percent refund if you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery.
  4. No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery; however, because we believe in 100 percent customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  5. All refund requests should be directed to the customer service team. Design Technology Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny your request based on an individual case-by-case basis if it violates your user agreement.

How to Request a Refund

To ensure that your refund request is approved, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

We will use our revision policy to try to resolve your issue as soon as possible, or we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

Following the refund, Design Technology Solutions would obtain your design rights, and you would be unable to display any version of the company's design. Also, let us be clear:

  1. Because the company now owns the design rights, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.
  2. In collaboration with government copyright agencies Design Technology Solutions would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs, limiting future re-use of the designs as original designs.
